First Time Login

To access OSM for the first time please follow the steps below:

• Check your email, you will have received a welcome email from your leaders giving you a unique link to OSM. If you can’t see anything, please check your junk. If the email has appeared in junk, right-click on the message then click “Not Junk” or “Never Block Sender”.

• Click the link at the bottom of the email, you will be redirected to the OSM login screen. Click “Create an Account”. If you have previously registered for OSM for example for an older child please enter your email & password or utilise the Forgotten Password utility.

• You will now be redirected to the OSM Parent Portal.

• Once logged in you should see the screen above.
• From the left side menu, you can access various features:
  1. Events – Book your children onto trips & camps and view information about them.
  2. Personal Details – Please check/update your contact information in case of an emergency.
  3. Emails – Any emails sent to you via OSM will appear in this section.
