Login to Office 365 and navigate to Outlook
▪ In the top right corner, click the Cog.

▪ Click “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom of the sidebar.

▪ In the settings menu click “Automatic Replies”

▪ Click “Turn on automatic replies” and specify your out of office message.
▪ Once you are finished click “Save” then the “X” in the top right corner of the settings
window.
