# Adding leaders to your section

- Login to OSM and click the Cog
- Navigate to "Leaders Access"
- Click "Add New User"
- Specify the leader's email address (please use their @hardwick-scouts.org.uk email address)
- Specify the permissions for the user, most will only need read/write access to personal details but won't need administration access.
- The leader will receive an email inviting them to the section.
